I wanted to purchase a car so I did my search on my favorite suv a FORD ESCAPE. I bought a used 2016 Ford Focus from Clint at Sunset Ford Waterloo. He and the dealership offered great service included getting the vehicle for me from the St. Louis office for a test drive. They made sure to fully explain and answer all the questions I had as a first time buyer.

This was our third new vehicle from Sunset Ford in Waterloo but our first with Kyle Brewer. Kyle is professional, friendly and a great asset to the dealership. He was helpful in answering questions. explaining the functions on the truck and ensuring we were completely satisfied. He checked back to see if we had any questions or needed help with the truck. We are impressed and will definitely check with him for our next vehicle.

I was looking for a good used truck, low mileage and around $30. I checked several other dealers but nothing in the mileage and price I was looking for. A friend told me about Eric at Sunset Ford. Called Eric and he told me he had a couple in my range. When I got there he had 3 very nice trucks waiting for me to look at. One well under the mileage and price I was looking for. Another was just under the price and mileage was just right. The third was just above price range but in the mileage. Eric had to pass us off to Clint who took us on test drives and told us all about the bells and whistles on all the trucks. Eric and I were thinking the lower priced one, he wasn't pushing for the higher priced ones. The wife told me she wanted the mid priced truck with all the bells and whistles, can't say no to her and Eric gave us a good deal on it. Clint walked us through the paperwork making it so easy. Clint passed us off to Bill who found us a better rate then own bank. The only regret we have is that we didn't get the wife's SUV from Sunset. With the drive train guarantee at Sunset would have save us $2000.00 when the front drive went out. When its time I will call Eric or Clint on our next vehicle.

Joe Hill was our salesman and this was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. Bill Rolufs was the finance person and we finished the entire process in less than 45 min. They both helped us find the best deal. Sunset Ford has the BEST warranty I have ever seen. Would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and these 2 gentlemen to anyone.
