Darrell Dickens walked me through the sales process, finance procedure and then the operation of the features of the Ford Explorer. Jim Williams in the Finance Department took his time in explaining all the extras that I wanted added to the price of the Explorer. I am a senior citizen and really wanted all the protections I could get included in the sale. This is the second vehicle purchased from Sunset Ford.

Jon was able to quickly assess what I was looking for and showed me several really good options. When I was interested in a car that was not available on that lot, he had me test drive a newer version of that same make and model that he did have. Once we determined that I liked it we drove to the other lot specifically to get that car. He put a lot of time into helping me figure out exactly what worked best for me. He made sure that I was happy with my purchase and that all of my issues were fixed before I left town. He was very upfront about all information that I asked. And also proactively provided me with information that I hadn’t thought to ask for yet. I did not feel pressured to make any kind of decision and he made sure I was getting the best deal for my interests and my budget. Mike and Jimmy both also helped make the process very pleasant. These are great folks to work with and I definitely recommend you go see them.
