Great doing business here. We're repeat customers and are always greeted in a friendly manner by George Schneider. Also worked with Jimmy Williams, who was very thorough with the information he had to present. Would take our business here again if given the opportunity.

My wife and I haven't purchased a new vehicle from a dealership since 1981. Reason? After buying two new vehicles we decided it wasn't worth the aggravation. High pressure tactics, mysterious back room discussions about our requests the thought that somehow we were being taken, etc. We decided to buy used cars from private individuals, or purchase used work vehicles from my brother's employer. When our 2000 minivan needed major repairs we decided that Ford's 4K rebate made considering a new vehicle a viable option. after a couple of false starts w/ other dealers which seemed to reinforce our old notions we went to Sunset Ford in Waterloo. They took very good care of us. We never felt pressured, whatever we asked was given serious consideration and we believe we got the best deal possible.

An easy buying experience. I felt the staff was honest in their dealings. A rebate came available that was not worked into the original deal. I received it even though they did not have to tell me. I would have never known.

Went to 3 other Dealers & they would not meet my price. I pass by Sunset Ford Waterloo every Tuesday to play golf & decided to stop in. With 45 minutes I was the proud owner of a Ford F150 Lariat. I have told a lot of my golf buddies what a great experience it was.
