Very personable. I called him multiple times trying to determine my best options. Joe also followed up on my request even AFTER the sale (a week later). Good experience from a buyer's perspective. The finance guy was also exceptionally helpful since I was trying to purchase on a Saturday!! Not a normal banking day. Both Joe and the finance department were exemplary professionals.
