When vehicle was picked up, service department was closed
When vehicle was picked up, service department was closed early, dealt with shop person who didn’t know much. After getting vehicle home, noticed the hood of the car was buckled a bit on driver’s side and the hood of car was completely scratched. Very disappointed, still waiting for response from Sunset.

It has been a week that we have been told multiple times that someone from upper management would be contacting us, and still haven’t heard from anyone. We have since had another issue with the maintenance performed on the vehicle. The underneath guards were not put back on correctly. These have been temporarily fixed. This issue needs to be repaired correctly using the right hardware. Sunset service department is aware of this problem as well as the hood damage.
