I have done a lot of business with Sunset Ford St.
I have done a lot of business with Sunset Ford St. Louis for over 20 years. I was looking for a 2022 Escape and St. Louis had several but Waterloo had the perfect one for me. I met Joe Hill on a Monday and made the deal. The car had recent hail damage and was repaired on Friday four days later. The following Monday I came back and did the finance paperwork with Kyle and left with my new 2022 Escape. The process was easy and the car was ready as promised.

5 Lonnie 5 Quick and to the point. No hassle at all I even got a free car wash out of the oil change. Lonnie did great explaining everything and making sure I was good to go.

Great service department! Very friendly and easy to get scheduled. I drive past another Ford store on my way to Sunset Waterloo and it's well worth the drive! In and out very quickly. Service while I waited... which wasn't too long.
