Maintenance review
I have a recall on vehicle. Called and was told no rental no waiting, drop off only. I let them know I have no way home if I drop off. I was told get here at 730 January 9th and we will get you right in. I’m there at 728 January 9th in the door and now being told I have a 830 drop off with no time to start or finish since they have wait apt at 730 and all techs busy, of course I’m the only one their at this time so I left. Thanks for nothing besides my lose of gas and time.
