Had a oil change and when I got home had to wipe off oil
Had a oil change and when I got home had to wipe off oil filter oil everywhere. Had tailgate keep opening they said they fixed it next time out tailgate hit trailer .. three months later and four trips to Schaefer’s . They finally get the tailgate fixed

Service is was I expected from a auto dealership. Staff were friendly and professional. My appointment was at 7:30 am a pot of coffee in waiting room would have been nice. Even Dobb's does that.
