Horrible dealership all the way up through management.
Horrible dealership all the way up through management. I had my car towed to them to assess my radio. I was charged $175 for them to tell me that basically nothing was electrically wrong with my car. My earring that were in the car came up missing and no one would call me back about them or review camera footage to see what happen to them. The staff were all disrespectful and never gave me a call back regarding this matter. I feel violated!!! THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER TO COVER UP FOR EACH OTHER. I BELIEVE THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN. THEY PAINT A PICTURE OF YOU TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOUR THE PROBLEM BUT I KNOW WHAT HAPPEN. If your reading this message please never take your car up here cause once they have your money that's it!!! Never deal with LONNIE, JEN HALL, STACY. The general manager hasn't reached out to me regarding this matter AT ALL. Just know car lots are starving for business so they will say and present themselves nice in front of you to get your business but as soon as a problem arises, it like pulling teeth to get some HELP. I will be reaching out to the BBB to try and assist me with this matter because I'm totally at lost in this matter and have cried my eyes out regarding this situation. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!
