I will never be back!
I will never be back! My husband took my car in for what we thought was the under carriage. HOWEVER after “insuring” him everything was fixed every single sound remained the same driving off the lot. We immediately took it to ANOTHER ford dealership to come to find out it was our axel. Our axel. If we would not have went with out gut and took it to get a second opinion things could have been a lot worse. We could have wrecked and seriously injured someone or ourselves. Not to mention my son drives our vehicle and he is 16!! This place has done nothing but mess with me the whole time i’ve had my vehicle. I nor my husband is not mechanical inclined so we depended on you to do what is right with our vehicle to insure OUR SAFETY. Way to go sunset ford of waterloo! I know you don’t care and will sleep either way BUT hopefully this review sticks for someone who does care and don’t worry I will be contacting the BBB. Thanks so much for endangering our safety and the safety of others! Amber

Amber, thank you for providing us feedback. I am disheartened to know that we fell short of your expectations, mainly because I was there for the duration of your service visit. From what I have on file, the vehicle was brought into us to resecure the under shield coming loose. In fact, the repair order reads: “Customer brought vehicle in to refasten loose trim molding under vehicle.” “Tech refasten undergarment to vehicle using extra clips and hardware, rechecked all ok at this time.” If a noise was asked to be addressed, I am sorry we missed that, but at no point was it questioned if we found a noise nor does it say we addressed one either. Please know that we pride ourselves on above and beyond service, ensuring our customers are taken care of before they leave our store, and I am sorry we misunderstood each other. Kyle was amazing.
Kyle was amazing. I’ve known him for years. I went to him thinking “at least I’ll get taken care of.” I then saw him with several other couples and realized he was treating them the same as us. It made me respect him even more, as he treats everyone like he knows them. Like he has a personal relationship with them all. With that being said I hate buying cars. it’s painful and boring. Not at Sunset. They prepped everything before we came so we didn’t have to sit there forever. So it wasn’t painful. They’re not rushing you to get out, they want it to be painless, and seamless…and it was just that. They did all that with no surprise anything. The entire process was exactly how he said it would be. I left excited, not drained. It was refreshing. I’ll be back, maybe for a Shelby… Thanks Kyle!
