There is a big disconnect between who’s answering the phone and the location there at. I have a Fults address called the Waterloo # and my appointment was at the St Louis location. I was never asked which location I wanted it done at. Talked to Neil, who made the appointment at St Louis. Mary did a great job of getting me taken care of promptly once I voiced my frustration.
