This was by far my best experience buying a car. From dealing with the sales floor to the finance office, everything went smoothly. Everything was presented to me straight forward and I never felt pressured to make a decision. All my questions were always answered. I liked the personal interactions with the individuals here. Talking with them was like having a conversation with a friend. I plan on this being my last vehicle, but if I should have something change, I would definitely come back here.

Mechanics were on strike at Sunset Ford in St. Louis....

Mechanics were on strike at Sunset Ford in St. Louis. Took my vehicle over to the Waterloo, Illinois Sunset Ford since vehicle warranty almost expired. Danielle Jansen (service advisor) ordered part. Part arrived and about 2 weeks later vehicle issue was repaired by the Waterloo location for Sunset Ford. I was treated with the up most respect from Danielle. The repair team and Danielle Jansen did an excellent job. Thank you to Sydney Smith regarding the follow up email she sent, making sure I received excellent service. Danielle, thank you for your assistance.
