I can't express the gratitude that I feel for the way I was treated from start to finish at Sunset in Waterloo. Kyle Brewer is a true professional. He is an honest, knowledgeable salesmen with a great sense of humor. Perry and the finance manager Bill were awesome. I felt like I was with family. I love my new Bronco Sport. I'm thankful for Kyle and Sunset for a great deal. My twin sister bought a Bronco from Kyle 3 months ago and had the same great experience. We are both feeling blessed.

Anna, we are very sorry your vehicle was damaged during service. Based on everything I was made aware of during your visit that day, my staff disclosed the damages while you were there at the dealership waiting for your oil change. Are you wanting to know specifically how it happened? Maybe help me better understand what additional information you are seeking. Otherwise, as you know, we then went ahead an ordered the part which was on backorder, so I do apologize for the delay. My staff did type it in your ticket to retain for both your and our records. If you did not receive a copy of your ticket, please let me know and I can mail you a copy. From what I understand the repairs have been completed. If not please let me know. What you said is all correct except I was told nothing the day it happened except your vehicle was damaged and we need to order a part. It was stated that it would be here in 2 wks . Never received a notice about it being on backorder until I contacted Joe Hill and he got the info for me. I left messages inquiring about the status and never received a response. Also, I did get the receipt with a notation that it was damaged and replaced but not until after I went into the office to inquire about it. I appreciate you responding regard my survey but I was not happy with the experience and I feel it is my right to express that. You and Joe's customer service is excellent but the others is alittle to be desired. Thank you

My experience at this dealership in the service...
My experience at this dealership in the service department was good but I have to take in the next day because I had my brakes done and there was a noise when I applied the brakes so I call them and they ask me if I could come back in today . I did and they repaired what was making the noise everyone was so polite and it was an easy repair.
