We are sorry that you left feeling this way. All recommendations that our team makes are based on vehicle use, manufacture service intervals, and an inspection done at the time of service. I see you mention spark plugs, we typically don’t ever recommend just a couple, we recommend replacing all of them at the same time to avoid future related spark concerns.
