As usual, Service is spot on! I honestly do hate spending a single solitary Dime in the State of Illinois, because ultimately I feel like my $$$ ends up funding Communism in some form or another, but good business is good business! I purposely go out of my way for Sunset in Waterloo even being 10 miles closer to another Ford dealer that I wouldn’t let touch my vehicles. I will say this so other customers are aware, Kelly in Service is A+. If your there for warranty work, she knows her stuff, but be patient with her, because I’ve personally witnessed her fight on the phone with warranty companies tooth and nail to get her customers taken care of. If she happens to call you with bad news about your vehicle, PLEASE don’t take it out on her. She will go back and forth with those people and make every attempt to find any loopholes she can to get your vehicle covered, but she can’t win um all. It’s a good bet that your bad news, or your issue isn’t with her/Ford, but with your stubborn warranty company trying to block her. Between my truck and wife’s car recently, some items were covered and others they didn’t want to cover. Kelly spoke with several different people with the same company looking to get the answer she was looking for. Out of about 7 issues between both vehicles, warranty company only wanted to cover 4 of them, 2 of the issues they attempted to block her on were pretty xxxx expensive too. She ended up getting 6 out of the 7 covered completely, and is always determined to fight to get every penny out of the coverage you paid for.

First visit was for 10,000 mile service. Tires were not...
First visit was for 10,000 mile service. Tires were not rotated as per Ford recommended service. I was told there was a misunderstanding and that I had to specifically request that service. Second service was for wheel rotation, LOF, cabin filter. Dually tire inner stems not lined up. I showed picture of damage on rim and was told it was documented that the damage was already there. It is not documented on my copy of invoice. I will not go back again unless there is a recall that needs to be addressed.

Certainly our staff never takes it upon themselves to perform services under any assumptions without customer approval for dollars/repairs first, regardless of what the recommended service interval is by Ford. I see by your comments it is possibly a dually vehicle, which does add additional steps and costs that I would furthermore expect my staff absolutely to not proceed without prior customer approval. I also see Danielle was tagged in the review, which she is new with us and still learning all types of vehicles and their needs, so I apologize if she did not know better. They kept my car for two days and gave it back to me...
They kept my car for two days and gave it back to me making the same noise as it was when I took it there and wants to charge me $158 to look at it to see if it’s now in my brake system They also called me on the first day they had and tried to tell me all four tires are dry rotted in a 2018 car and one if them wa a new tire you guys put in when we got the cat in 2019. So long story short I have the exact same problem I had on Monday afte they kept it until Tuesday. I also called the Service manager and left a message for him to call me back on Tuesday and this is Thursday and I still haven heard from him!!
