This place messed up the passenger airbag cover ,after calling them they said they would look at it . Drove the whole way in to dealer 1/4 tank of gas to have this place attempt to improperly glue it down . My car has tabs and does not use glue . I was so upset I had to leave ,I came home and inspected the glue job .I swear they used caulking that is used for home use it has no adhesive property at all . I removed it with a rag .

I live in the Philadelphia area, however, after a family member purchased a car at Apple Nissan, got a great deal, AND told me about how amazing Mr. Mark Winters was...I drove to York to see for myself. I ended up buying a new car from Mr. Winters and cannot emphasize enough that Mr. Winters will provide you the best service possible. He will respect your budget, do the research to find you the best options, and is there to answer ALL of your questions. He is not playing any games and treats you with respect and kindness. I have looked at MANY dealerships all around Philly and nothing compared to the deal and service I received at Apple Nissan....due in large part to Mr. Winters. I could not be happier and it was totally worth the drive here!

Talked it over with different salesperson. Car was actually there. Was personally reached out to about the problems I had with the company. So far so good
Recently got in contact with an APPLE Nissan representative and was scheduled shortly after to see a car. Multiple emails later assuring that the time, place and car where all set I drove 45 minutes in traffic to see the car. After about 30 minutes wandering the facility with a sales worker we then wandered back into the office only to be told the car wasn’t here. Great

Apple Nissan's customer service was great Jason was my salesperson and I didn't feel pressured at all everybody was kind definitely would go back to buy another car

I called a week ago about 2001 Jeep Cherokee
I called Chris a week ago and he said the car just arrived then I asked for photos he said he will take some and get back to me which didn’t happen, i emailed two times with no respond and one time text chat which I have been told someone will call me, no one did call! Anyway, it seems they are all busy! Thanks

I had an excellent experience for my first time buying a new car! Everyone was very kind and polite. Lisa was wonderful! She went over everything with our new Rogue Sport. Everything went smoothly and we walked away extremely happy with our purchase.
