Junior was an excellent sales representative. I’d refer him to anyone at anytime. However, make sure if you state that you’re financing with your bank, you don’t allow their finance department to coerce you into financing with them. Regardless, Junior was very positive and outgoing. His willingness to make his customers happy is very valued.

I needed to start looking for a new vehicle because of the age and high mileage of my current vehicle. I stopped in to begin my research. Jim was easy going and not pushy but very helpful. I'l l be back to purchase my vehicle shortly!

This summer I had totaled my car. I was unsure of what to do but all I knew is that when it came time for buying a car, I wanted to purchase one through Edward Kelly! My family has bought several cars through him and you couldn't find a more trusting salesman. He wasn't pushy and never made me feel like I had to buy something. He is always making sure the customer (myself) is comfortable with the options he provided. He is extremely friendly and is always willing to help. Today I bought a Jeep Cherokee and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that Edward Kelly had provided (as always). The dealership is welcoming and you don't feel like you're being honed in on by a bunch of sharks trying to make a sale off you. We purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 slightly used. Sales Person was very knowledgeable about both new and used vehicles. Explanations of all features and changes made to the Ram Trucks for the 2019 models was very informative. John Ellis seemed genuinely concerned about making sure we were made aware of all vehicles for sale, New and Used. It was a very busy Saturday when we purchased our truck so it took a little longer than i would have expected to complete the process, but overall it was very good experience. I have purchased all my vehicles from Imperial Cars since moving to MA in 2003 and will continue as long as i stay in MA.

I went in to buy out my lease vehicle and Gary our sales man explored every option for us to get into another truck nutty in the end buying out what I had was the best case

From start to finish my experience buying a new Jeep at imperial was fabulous. Jose Coleta was my salesman. He was very personable and professional, extremely kind and went out of his way to make my husband and I feel comfortable during the test drive and buying process. I had made an appointment to test drive the Overland and the morning of, he sent me a video of the car, this was a nice added touch and showed me that it was ready and waiting for me. He even had my favorite iced coffee in the car for the test drive! He had a deep knowledge of the Jeep features and was well articulated when explaining things to me. The dealership itself is beautiful and very comfortable and the mendon diner next door is delish. I would highly recommend imperial Jeep and highly recommend asking for Jose! I LOVE my new Jeep Overland!
