Great service, good people to work with.
I am new to the lease car game, but recently took on that responsibility with a new job. When it came time to lease a new car for one of our employees, Jim was right there to assist and make the entire process smoother. I was especially impressed when he drove to our location to get the check and documents signed and again came and delivered the car!

I’ve been slowly searching for a car over the last couple months. I went to Imperial not set on buying anything, but open to the idea if I found the right fit. I found a really great jeep within my price range, the perfect color, and limited miles. Ed Kelly was the salesman that helped me, and he was the best part of the experience. Easy going, funny, and determined to help me find what I wanted and within my budget. He was not your typical salesman, not pushy or overbearing. He moved the process along as quickly as he could, and has been available to me after too for questions and any concerns! When my husband needs a car in the future, we will definitely go back to Imperial and will be looking for Ed! Highly recommended for someone looking for a smooth process of finding their dream car!

Amazing
I went looking for a specific car and Frank Dumas greet me from the outside and help from that moment until I got my keys to my new car. The service was very professional and very clear with all the details from the car. As well as the service and orientation of Jeff Viger. I had a perfect experience and will recommend Imperial for getting the car that you desire. Frank even gave me a Gift card to go to dinner while I waited.
