Overall postive experiance
I'm not a big fan of buying or selling a car, and especially of dealing with dealerships in general. However, while imperial is still just enough dealership, they were reasonable and transparent enough that I was never too worried. Their sales staff, specifically Jose Coleta, were fantastic. Very helpful, kept me in the loop on the whole process, and anwsered all of the questions I threw at him in. Friendly and personable, working with Jose was the easiest part of the process.

Great Resource for Jeeps
We went to the dealership to look at used Jeeps. Jim Burke was the first sales person that we ran into (and glad we did). Jim was excellent. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Jim explained all the differences (price, size, accessories, etc.). We ended up buying a used Jeep on our 2nd visit. We could not have been more happier with Jim and Jeff Viger. We visited several dealerships in MA and Imperial had he best selection of used and new Jeep's. We would definitely recommend this dealership and especial Jim Burke!

Purchased a gently used vehicle
Ed was phenomenal! Knowledgeable, personable and very accommodating. Ed was involved in the process. We were all over the place between new and recently owned and he advised us on all options available and answered all questions. Buying a car can be a stressful process for a large family and he worked with us over the course of several days. I could not have asked for a better sales rep to help us in the process.

Did not have car ready when promised
Everything was fine until we signed for the car. Once the purchase was made we were put on the back burner as they were too "busy" to register the car. We signed for the car on Thursday night, were told the car would be ready on Friday but it was actually not ready until late Monday afternoon! Very disappointing!!
