Frank was the best!

I had been looking for a vehicle at many different dealerships. Finally found a few I was interested in at Imperial, Frank was available to help me out and allowed me to take my time looking, test driving, etc... He was not a pushy salesperson at all. He was so incredibly nice and he made me feel like I wasn't just a customer. He even got me the financing I needed. After all the paperwork was signed and I drove the vehicle home, I realized there was an issue with it. He went out of his way to get me right in to the maintenance department, got me a rental car for the day and followed up with me several days after it was fixed to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. I would go back and buy another vehicle with Frank in a heartbeat!!!!

Frank Dumas great

Imperial is a very big place. Once I got to the right area of Imperial, my experience was good. The first person I approached was awful- rude, dismissive and could not wait to get rid of me. Once I got with the right people, the experience was good. I highly recommend working with Frank Dumas. He was very patient, engaging, informative and willing to listen. The financial part is never fun. Our finance person was pushy which is her job, but could come off as condescending which I didn't love. Overall, a good experience. I recommend connecting with someone online and having a "go-to person" when you get there.

My First Jeep

Andy did everything he could to find the Jeep I wanted at a price that beat out every other dealership in town. He also offered more on my trade-in than the last dealership I went to. Rami then went to work to get us a bank loan that we were more than satisfied with. I would definitely suggest Imperial to anyone.

Jim Burke was a great help in finding the right truck at a price I could afford. I was very picky about what I wanted to buy, and he was very patient and kept his eye out for the right one

Maaz is a gentleman...

Definitely wasn't sure today was the day to buy and that Imperial was going to be the dealership. Maaz was the knowledge gentleman who wasn't trying to push a sale, he was low pressure and a real easy guy to talk to. He made the experience absolutely flawless. I'll seek him out when looking for another vehicles in the near future. The experience at Imperial was very positive, mainly because of Maaz.

Exceptional Customer Service

Jim Burke was a pleasure to work with in finding a new car. He is very knowledgeable about the inventory and various models, as well as getting you the best deal. He was always focused on the features I was specifically looking for and was happy to go on test drives. Jim is a very sincere person who goes over and above what is expected. He even took the time to teach me how to use all the technology features in the car I purchased, making sure I was comfortable and understood how to operate features which were new to me! Perfect experience all around.

Service

I’m from Az flew down to help my brother out. I Took my brothers car in for a recall and they told me I couldn’t get in till the folloeing Friday! As I was setting up the appointment they Shocked me and got the car in right away!! I’m not used to this kind of customer service. Than the following week drove in To see if they could do an oil change and got me in right away! If I lived here I would feel comfortable doing business with them. I highly recommend them.

Great Experience - Thank you Ed Kelly!

I had such a wonderful experience at Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Great customer service, professionalism by all, and completely low pressure (which I loved). Ed Kelly was my Sales Consultant, and he truly was fantastic! He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and honest. 2013 Dodge Durango serviced in July 2018

Brought my 2013 Durango in for a few recalls and issues with vehicle stalling out intermittently when driving. Recalls done and dealer checked over vehicle for issues related to stalling. No issues were found. Dealer offered to have technician drive the vehicle for few days to see if they could determine the issue or install a "flight recorder" on vehicle to monitor and gather data while I was driving it in the hope it would happen again and catch the fault. I went to start the vehicle and it would not start. I immediately went back into the service dept and explained this to the service manager. They took the vehicle in right away and were able to determine the issue was no fuel pressure. They fixed the issue by repeating a prior recall related to the fuel relay. The work was done very quickly and to my satisfaction. I have not had any recurrences since.
