I have owned various Ed Reilly Subaru vehicles for nearly 40 years. On the evening of Wednesday, 2/28/18, my 2014 Forester developed a noise that had been... getting progressively louder during the day. It was 5:20 PM and I knew the Service Dept. at the dealership might be closed. I called on the off chance someone might still be in the Service Dept. Office. I really did not want to drive the 20 miles home on the highway. A young man named Josh answered the phone and after listening to my story immediately invited me to come in (even though I knew it was after hours). I feel he went above and beyond to help me. He took my car out for a drive and could hear the sound I was referring to. We both had wondered if it could be due to damaged wheel bearings. He offered me a "loaner car" and told me someone would look at my car the following day. I was thrilled because I really didn't want to drive home with the noise getting louder by the moment! On Thursday, he called me to tell me that it was not the wheel bearings, but some sort of cover that had slipped and was rubbing part of the wheel disk. The technicians made an adjustment and fixed it. While I was fully prepared to pay for whatever it cost to fix the problem and for the technicians' time I was told there would be no charge. (Apparently, it was a minor repair and only took a few minutes to fix.) I am so grateful to Josh and his team for putting my mind at rest on Wednesday night and for ultimately fixing the problem. He didn't need to see me on Wednesday evening when he was trying to "close up shop". This is why I have been a faithful customer of Ed Reilly Subaru for my last four cars. Thank you again for your help. You all deserve a pat on the back. Linda
I have purchased more than a few new cars in my life and this was by far the best transaction. Their pleasant staff knows their stuff. The result was... a great price on the new vehicle and a fair offer on the trade. I think we both were satisfied with the deal and that is the way it should be. We left the same day in a new Suburu Outback and would highly recommend this place to all.
After shopping for a used car for several weeks I finally stopped at Ed Reilly Subaru. I had the best experience as far as having a friendly sales person,... who listened to my needs and worked fairly within my budget. I felt as though I was working with a GOOD old fashioned car dealership from the begginning. They never scoffed at the price bracket I was in, and I drove away with a FANTASTIC Subaru Outback in amazing used condition. And happilly I can report that when put through an intense inspection by my mecahnic (Northwood Garage) they came back and congratulated me on my OUTSTANDING purchase. I could not be happier and would recommened not only the dealership but request Bob Incoa he was great to work with and will have future business from myself and my extended family and friends.
I have purchased three vehicles from Ed Reilly Subaru--great service continues to make me support this community-based company. Appointments are timely,... repairs are well-explained. A loaner vehicle makes my life soooo much easier! Early drop offs and late pick ups are such a plus! A long-time relationship with the service department makes me feel like they are extended family and that my safety and well-being are genuine concerns. Thanks!
My daughter attends college near Concord,NH and needed a warranty repair on her 2015 Outback that was purchased in a different state. Kent, sales manager... at Ed Reilly, went out of his way to make sure that my daughter's car was taken care of, and did so on a tight time budget-even washed her car! Outstanding, first rate customer service!
Good buying experience but service staff from apathetic to rude.
Found the best priced model of exactly what I wanted in a 100 mile radius, managed a long distance deal with Fred, everything was exactly as he said with... the vehicle, no surprise charges, everything was exactly as Bill said with the paperwork, and he was able to beat my Credit Union's finance rate. They delivered the vehicle to me, best price, easiest car purchase I've ever made, the drive up to them was worth it as it saved me thousands of dollars.
I shopped on line looking for a reasonably priced used truck. I saw the Ford Ranger and emailed the site. Within twenty minutes I received a phone call... from the sales team. I went that afternoon, took a test drive and bought the truck. It was explained to me what the sale included, no hidden charges. Great experience.
I found the vehicle I wanted by looking online. Emailed the dealer at night. Received a message back immediately. Went over 100 miles to look at the car.... Bought it immediately. It was as advertised. They washed and detailed it further, put plates on &filled out paperwork. Salesman filled up the tank, bought us drinks...one for the dog too, and sent us on our way. In and out...not a whole day experience. Our dog was even invited inside to wait.
Dealer won't budge on prices and acts as though online prices were accidental errors. Cars are decent and no BS was a bonus.
