Collision center poor service always had to bring it back, last time left repair shop no allignment 3 bent rims. Now its my issue. Horrible.
My total experience from walking in and meeting the staff to getting my keys has been top quality! Fast, friendly and fun! Very nice and knowledgeable... staff. I'm totally awestruck by Kelley Dodge! ill be back next time for sure and I'm sending all my family and friends here too!
I sent an inquiry to Kelley Sales & Service about a Jeep Patriot, thinking it couldn't hurt, that they wouldn't be able to beat the price that another... dealership had quoted me. I was SO wrong. Kelley Sales & Service came back, fought hard and beat the other dealers price. It was a painless process and the sales team made it fun and easy. They are very personable and easy to deal with. The paperwork process took half the time it would at another dealership. I really appreciate all the work Dominic and Mike did to make this deal happen for me and I am so happy with my Jeep!!! To be fair, I was introduced to Kelley in not the best of circumstances. I owned a "production evaluation run" Dodge that was clearly defective and Kelley... was the dealer who had to close Dodge's repurchase transaction. It was not pretty. Today I brought my Dodge back to them because I was concerned that rolling noises might indicate front end damage from this winter's hideous roads. After an inspection they reassured me that the car was undamaged. I was, however, traveling from New York to Vermont with my dog. They have a "no pets" policy. The result was that the dog and I had no choice but to loiter in the parking lot in 40 degree weather for well over an hour. Not a good way to treat a customer (or his dog). A good reason not be Kelley's customer.
We happen to find ourselves in a tight spot to get a vechicle for our son. the whole staff at Kelly were so very helpful. They took the time and effort... to really find my son exactally the right truck for him. We can't thank them enough. These people really do care about you and your buying experience. I did a lot of research on what I wanted for a car over the past 6 months and I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I chose the Dodge Journey and though... it is not a big money maker for the company in general my salesman did not try to sway me toward anything else. Dominic was very helpful and will be highly recommended by me.
