I bought a new car on July 2019,only three months the roof rail come out . From December 2019 to July 2020.Total four times I need to take it back to fix... that.but it still not done yet.they ask me go home n wait . Already ten days no body call me n let me know what happen.It just a roof rail .

Our sales associate, Rob Beckwith was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Ford vehicle we purchased. He was able to find a vehicle close... to our requirements when associates at other dealerships could not. He was very patient when reviewing the new features and their operation.

I saw an ad for $8000 off most vehicles plus 60 months zero percent financing. The website has no current pricing. The only have us was to contact a sales... person. I don't want to be sold a car, I want to by the one I want. Pressure is out!!!! This also opens the door to discrimination. Men get better prices than women!!! Shame on you!!!
My salesman Nate was very knowledgeable, and there staff did an awesome job with my buying experience. This is my 3rd car from them and hopefully it won't... be my last.
To begin this review, I would like any potential buyer (or anyone else reading this) to know that I waited 2 days before writing this. In no sense is this... a “heat of the moment” type of review. I have had plenty of time to relax about the situation, and Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln has had plenty of time to call and apologize. I am sharing my OPINION of my experience. Please think twice about going to this dealership unless you want to risk the possibility of experiencing FEELING all the following ways: CHEATED, rushed, forced, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, and OUTRIGHT DISRESPECTED. In my opinion, Barry Merrill does not live to the dealership’s statement of “Honesty. Integrity. Transparency.” In my opinion, Barry Merrill disrespected me and my father (and in my opinion, some of his own employees) that day in front of many his other staff. To whomever is reading this, my father and I did not disrespect any of the staff during/after this encounter, and simply left the dealership empty-handed. We are very calm men who genuinely wanted to do business, but were left FEELING DISRESPECTED, and, in my opinion, left FEELING CHEATED and FEELING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF by the dealership and its owner, Barry Merrill. “The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn’t being said”
Mr. Jaradi contacted us, and a price was agreed upon over the phone for the vehicle he wanted to purchase. When he arrived at the dealership, he wante...d to renegotiate that price, which was declined. At that point Mr. Jaradi insisted on speaking with Barry Merrill. Barry offered to honor the original agreed upon price which Mr. Jaradi refused. No taking advantage or disrespect was intended. Just not an agreeable deal reached by both parties.
Was at dealership today for regular oil change. Service advisor Mitch D. waited on me and completed paper work. I waited in show room until Mitch came... and told me vehicle was ready. He explained that tires would soon be in need of replacement due to wear. He took the time to check what was available at the dealership and what tires he could order. He was patient and thoroughly explained options. He also spent time looking for the best price. Although I had not scheduled an appointment for a tire change he checked to see if the job could be done today. He made the experience easy and was professional throughout the process. When I returned to pick up my vehicle Mitch was occupied waiting on another customer. He told me he was finishing up and be with me in just a minute. Almost at the same time Service Advisor Rob L. said I can help you out and get you on your way. He was also friendly, helpful and took his time to complete the check out process. I was impressed with both of these employees. Grand Ledge Ford can feel fortunate to have both employees on staff. Thank you.
I was very satisfied with the whole process. They helped me find the car with the options I wanted, secured the car from another dealer and had it ready... for delivery even before the appointment time. The value offered for my trade in was also more than fair. My sales person, Rob Beckwith was attentive to any concerns I had and answered all my questions along the way and at delivery of the new car. I provided a minor challenge in transferring the plates which was smoothly taken care of. I was very pleased with the entire process.
We bought a 2016 Lincoln MKX from Jim Himebaugh. He was an excellent salesman. He was patient with us and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. We came to... look at the car and wound up buying it and driving it home the same day. All the paperwork, including the registration, was completed promptly. The business manager, Joel Cohn, was also excellent. This is the second car I have bought there and the service of my vehicle has always been top notch. I highly recommend this dealership.
