I went for service on my 2018 Buick enclave and was concerned about having to deal with their location and all the traffic for future needs. I received... a call from the owner and he went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. I intend to be a long term customer both for service and all future new car purchases. These folks are great!

I test drove an RDX they had on the lot and worked with Anthony Stamegna. I didn't end up buying the vehicle but Anthony was great and very informative... about the car.

Baker Cadillac was the third location we stopped at while shopping for a top quality, reliable yet affordable SUV. I really wish we went there first but... as they always say, you can’t recognize good unless you’ve seen bad. The first two dealers we visited weren’t concerned about the customer experience but only the sale. Randy at Baker Cadillac was the easiest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions with a patient cheerfulness that has left a lasting impression on me and my family!

Great time visiting Baker Cadillac and conversing with the Sales Team and the Service Department. All are the BEST at doing their respective JOBS. Even... the Office where you may have to make a PAYMENT!

You're greeted as soon as you drive into the sheltered area by a service rep who is very polite and attentive. You wait in the lounge area with coffee... or cold drinks. When service is completed, your vehicle is washed and vacuumed. One can also call for service and your vehicle will be picked up and exchanged for a loaner while its being serviced and returned to you. The reason for only three stars for facilities is because the waiting area, though comfortable, is more like an afterthought; a cubby arranged off the side of a passageway. All in all, this is a great place.

Although I did not purchase my 2005 Cadillac at Baker Cadillac I have used their service department for the past 7 years. I have always been treated... as if I bought my car there . Top quality work and at a fair price.

My Cadillac DeVille was in for service on Wednesday. Received my load. Went over what was to be done. All service was very good. The only exception was... the Complete Detail I had done. The trunk was not touched. When brought to the attention of Megan in Service they took the car back. Pulled out the covering in the trunk, quick vacuum and then THREW the coverings, etc., back in the trunk. You would think they would have put the coverings back the way they were. Other times I've had detailing done everything was perfect. All was good except the trunk. Next time will be better. Thank you Baker's for all your good service.
