This dealership proved a pleasant surprise for me by being willing to provide a complete online OTD offer, including a trade-in offer on my current vehicle, going just on the information I supplied, as well as a fair price on the new vehicle I inquired about. Though I have not acted on their offer, it was reasonable and was supplied with dispatch.

I Have a Toyota Prius 2010. 4 weeks ago my car did not start and gave me "check hybrid system" warning, so called Ruda Toyota certified dealer?!! they told me, tow the car and we will fix it , tomorrow, that was saturday, so I towed the car and called them saturday, they told me we are busy, we will do it next week, next week I called and asked them to rush it , because I am out of car, they said by wednesday , then I called wednesday, they said we are shorthand we will do it next week for sure, next week they told me inverter is bad and we will fix it and it is under warranty,so no charge for you, 2 days later they called me and said we fixed inverter but your transmission is bad , we have to change transaxle and it is not covered, and the cost is $5000. and they gave me toyota service help phone # . After a week of talking and begging, toyota accept to send the transaxle for free and I pay for the labor for $1200. After 4 week they called and they said the car is ready. When I went to pick up the car, they told me your transaxle was good the Cable from inverter to transaxle was chewed by mouse, so we Just changed that ,But they asked me to pay $1230. I said but you did not change the transaxle, Asked price of cable, $130 and how long takes to change cable, 5 hours, but we put 10 hours, I asked them show me the cable in the car , it was so easy to change, 2 bolt each side .four week for a cable to change?!! and an invoice of $1230 that I paid. very bad and impolite customer service and Gravy work .
