I had a recall fix at this dealer for my 2015 Ford Explorer. The scheduling assistant was very friendly over the phone, they got the job done in a few hours, and they provided a courtesy shuttle to and from my house.

Additional Problems
I had brought my truck in for a couple recalls and general maintenance. I also told them I had a small oil leak on my driveway. They told me it was only a seal needed on the oil plug. Less than one week later I was back now with a much larger oil leak on my driveway. Now I was told that I needed a different part replaced for an additional $400.00. I find it hard to understand how in less than 1 week after service, that this new leak suddenly appeared and was to be repaired on my dime.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I will do anything to avoid going to Freeway Ford ever again. Mr. Gustafson is consistently rude and condescending in manner and tone, interrupting, cutting off and speaking over me and other clients. He quickly escalates a conversation into a shouting match. Over the four years since I purchased my vehicle here, Mr. Gustafson has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of respect for vehicle owners, and a lack of caring about the vehicle itself. He has, perhaps single-handedly, managed to turn me against the Ford Company for life.

Chris- I just left you another message with regards to the drive shaft coupler issue on your vehicle. We understand the frustration you have with the recall item. Ford Motor Company has policy in place that will only allow us to do this repair under their coverage terms. We believe the best thing for you is to escalate the issue directly to Ford Customer Service @ 800-392-3673. Explain to them that your vehicle is having issues with the coupler again and your are requesting assistance from Ford. I would be happy to discuss this issue with you. Rob, thank you for responding. Unfortunately, you have not addressed my main complaint: the rude and condescending tone displayed by Mr. Dean Gustafson. When you spoke with him, did he happen to mention how he interrupted me repeatedly as I tried to get an understanding of what exactly this recall issue was? Did he mention how he snickered and laughed at me as I expressed my concern that this part failure could endanger my life as I drive long distances? Believe me, I will be escalating the issue with Ford, and will return to a Ford dealer to get my service done. However, it will not be your dealership, ever again.

Complete, Fast Service
Service was complete and fast. Representatives called with information during service and were honest about cost and service necessity. Will likely return. Only negative: representative (different employee than I worked with day of service) called at 6:30 pm the day after service asking me to fill out a review. This was not appreciated.
