Excellent service from the info station to the salesman- Wonderful people including the finance man, Lincoln. My salesman, Nolan Monke was able to put together another impossible deal. They found the truck I wanted in the right color. I have now had four different colored F150's. Red, Gray, Black and Velocity Blue. Be back for service and another F150 in 39 months

To keep this concise without getting to specific, all I will say is that I have never heard so many sales people (that should be experts on their product) say "I dont know" in response to any and every question that was asked. I will acknowledge that they were polite, though there was not a single question that they had an answer for regarding function (i.e., how does this or that work?). Have not ever had that type of experience with any prior dealership in the past.

The original encounter was not good until we deal with Tad the outcome was great. The people were all very friendly and I would recommend the dealership.

Very nice cashier in service, document the maintenance done, all over professional staff. Dean in service is very good with communication. I would 5 star the woman in service but I don’t remember her name.

CV Boot was replaced along with a drive shaft. Oil from boot got on engine parts and burns. Fumes go into heating system in cab. Techs apparently cant get the oil off. OK while moving.At Stop lights the stink at times requires me to roll down my windows. Not fun on cold Minnesota winter days. Maybe someday it will be gone.

Needed a new water pump and oil change. Had the truck towed in a day early and the service manager, Brian, wrote it up. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. The diagnosed the problem that afternoon and had it done by 10:30am the next day, sooner than I expected. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars this time is due to the technician not replacing the oil change sticker. Not a big deal but it shouldn't be missed. Otherwise very happy with Freeway Ford service department.

Staff was very helpful and took great care of me. Got a very fair deal and love the new truck! Would definitely do business with Freeway Ford again.

This was the craziest thing I’ve done. Wasn’t planning to buy a new flex but Shane found me an excellent replacement. A new model with a lot less miles. Shane was a lot of fun to deal with.
