Costly repair but fair when compared to other shops. Work was done close to the estimated time. The repair seems to have resolved the issue.

Very Pleased!

My oil change was “quick” and easy, perhaps because I was there at 7:30 AM. Colleen was very friendly and pleasant, as were other staff people. She even had my dirty car washed. Thanks to all! JanM

Great customer care!

Our great customer service began with the telephone scheduler. I called Freeway because my typical Ford dealership just told me “you can drop it off and it may sit here for a week or our next available appointment is in early January. I then called Freeway and was given a time of 7 AM the next morning or a time 2 days away. The easy decision was the next morning! We were actually able to drop the car off the night before with the key drop. I talked to Dean the next morning and he was in process of entering the vehicle information, and thought the repairs should be done by end of day. Dean called later that day to let me know that the vehicle would not be ready for me that evening and offered a rental car on them for us to use tomorrow. We were able to pick up the rental that afternoon. The car was fixed the next day, below the estimated cost of repairs! We are 100% satisfied with Freeway and felt we received fantastic customer care! I won’t go back to the other dealership.

Great experience

Had a great experience. Timely documentation filing. Received a great price for my new van and got slightly better than expected value on my trade. Definitely would do it again

Helpful and knowledgeable

I'm glad they are so thorough in their work on my Ford Fusion. Since it's a hybrid, I don't really trust other repair shops to understand all the systems it uses. Freeway Ford folks are businesslike while also being caring and helpful. Thanks!
