A smooth experience
From the start, Nolan was a pleasure to work with, patiently answering numerous questions and staying in touch while I searched elsewhere. I ultimately landed back at Freeway Ford because of the ease in dealing with him. A great job all around.

New F-150
I submitted a request through ADP/Truecar for a new F-150 and was contacted back by Freeway Ford. Initially I thought I knew what model and trim I wanted but after working with Freeway, we found a truck that had what I wanted and they were able to get it for me. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend others to try out Freeway Ford.

Friendly, honest, and helpful.
I had an excellent experience buying a Ford Escape from Nolan. He was friendly and helpful while being honest and upfront with what we were looking at. When we looked at a car that was outside of my budget, he worked hard to get me a model that was closer to what I was looking for. I'm excited to return to Freeway Ford in the future when I have autobuying needs.

Big FAIL! Service didn't follow through!
I got a call my car was ready. I came to the dealership to get my car, and it turns out they weren't done. I waited an hour and finally demanded my keys as I had an appointment.
