Great, and no BUTS

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation - ended up with a new tire and brake pads and a reminder that I had a recall on the passenger side air bag !!! So, even though I ended up with more being done then I thought would be with the check-up - they found a bad tire and brakes - so my family is safer on the road once more. I have been going here since 2010 - bought two new cars and had all my check-ups here and have always left happy --- except for the coffee and they wouldn't give me a Mustang convertible !!!!

Oil change

Went to quick lube early - it was closed for some reason. Service center said it would take nearly 2 hrs. because really busy due to Quick Lube closed. So I left. Later in PM called - and was told wait was 45 min to one hour. So I went in. Quick Lube still closed. Told Service Adviser Tyler I was in rush, which I was. He said he would see that I got the car back as quick as possible,, despite the crazy day they were having. I was very pleased to get the car back, totally finished including the overall vehicle check, in about 45 min. When I paid, I learned that Quick Lube was closed for the day because someone did not show up.

Good But.......

The service adviser Dean G. was very helpful. The but is this --my right front blinker light was not working after I picked up my vehicle (the air ride compressor was replaced) the front blinker wires were not re-connected.

Excellent Dealership

Everyone we dealt with was welcoming and knowledgeable. They were able to evaluate the vehicle we turned in quickly. Impressed with accountant who did our paperwork. Salesperson went over the car completely inside and out and how everything worked and said not to hesitate to call or come in if we had any questions. Both General Manager and Sales Manager greeted us and thanked us for our business. Also noted how immaculate the dealership was. All in all, a god experience.

Great service

Tim was great to work with, real friendly and amazing knowledge about the vehicles that were in the lot. He went above and beyond helping us find the perfect truck for my dad with all the options he wanted.

Fantastic Service!

The team was great with our 2017 Explorer purchase. We saw two vehicles we were interested on a Sunday but live out of state, so I set up an appointment right away Monday to test drive them on Tuesday. We were sold on the first one and drove it home that night. Jack and Barry were personable and easy to deal with. Thank you!

Excellent Service

Brought my car in for a recall, the guys in the service center were fun, funny and efficient! Just exactly what one wants when dealing with car issues! They had my loaner ready to go, called when my car was done and made arrangements for me to pick it up after they were out of the office!
