Would recommend to friends. The service was prompt, polite and professional. When Brian Ward was away he was ably covered by another Brian so the process was seamless.

Great Experience!

I went in with hopes to have a tire repaired after hearing from Tires Plus that it was urepairable and I needed 4 new tires!! Considering my tires were just installed this past winter, I went for a second opinion and came to Freeway Ford. Thankfully, I was assisted by a very honest, pleasant, and friendly Jonathan Fern. He confirmed I just needed one tire. Yay! I also requested an oil change. Come to find my battery was literally spewing acid out of the right terminal. Not only that, the acid had damaged teh cable as well. Two expensive repairs! Jonathan was very empethetic to my situaion and again honest about what I absolutley needed to do to get my Explorer in great condition again. He went above and beyond by getting the battery and cable covered under my warranty as my Explorer is still newer. Everything was fixed and I felt very satisfied and greatful with my experience. Freeway Ford is where I go for service normally. It is people like Jonathan and great outcomes that keeps me coming back.

Oil Change

This was my first time here for an oil change. I liked it because they did not pressure me into anything they didn't think was necessary. They never forced me to get my tires rotated, but suggested it and showed me why I should get them rotated. The customer service was amazing and I will definitely be going back here!

the sales experience was very good Tony help me out..

the sales experience was very good Tony the sales guy was very knowledgeable for a new guy and got me exactly what I was looking for however when I got into the office and was buying the truck the finance manager I believe his name was Lincoln when I declined the extended warranty he got very defensive and actually got very mean and made me feel very uncomfortable.this is like the 10th vehicle I bought from freeway Ford and I like the people over there however making someone feel like crap because he doesn't want to buy a 6 or $7,000 warranty is unacceptable in my mind..

Very happy

Anthony was friendly and easy to work with. We met him at the auto show and he answered our questions. The dealership seemed very nice. And he got us a vehicle that we wanted.

Responsive and informative service for warrantly repair

Tyler handled my truck repair quickly and painlessly and set me up with a loaner car very quickly. Work was completed as promised. Warranty work was result of 3rd party body shop, not due to Ford or this dealer.

Very good service

Brought to my attention the airbag recall, and took care of replacing the airbag. Advised me of the time it would take to complete service and service was completed in the time frame given.
