I was delighted to learn when I phoned that a recall service I needed could be done at their Quick Lane, and the Quick Lane department advised me on least-busy times and how long to plan to leave the car for that service plus an oil change/tire rotation. When I arrived, I had zero wait for check-in, all costs were accurately quoted ahead of time, I was able to use a coupon they'd mailed me, and my Quick Lane account (loyalty-rewards accumulating). I got a timely phone call when the service was done, noticed it was shiny from the complementary car wash when I arrived, and the check-out/payment was smoothly handled. My question about the details for the recall service were politely and completely answered. Being able to plan the times for essential car service work and combine all items made my day much easier.

As always Quick Lane was my choice and I received pleasant, timely service. Walter Odell was friendly and helpful. The service mechanic was thorough in completing vehicle check-up and oil change.

Jon was extremely personable and excellent . o work with. He set realistic expectations and made me feel most welcome. I know he is leaving for an awesome trip to Alaska and I wish him the very best. Hopefully they will be able to get someone just as awesome to replace him while he goes on his adventure!
