Dean had to get a part in that would take a couple days. He hooked me up with a loaner cal to drive until all of my work was complete. I appreciated that as a busy person.

Oil Change
Got in me quick for an oil change. Very Professional. Made sure tires were inflated properly when they were missed. Kept me updated and made recommendations.

Great Service, as always!!
The Quick Lane team, once again provided great service in less time that quoted. The team in the office are great to work with and very friendly. They are honest about what is needed at that time and don't pressure you into anything else. Walter is a great asset for Freeway Ford and its customers.

Easy/Great Service
I have worked with Dean as my service advisor on a few occasions now and he has been great to work with. He is always very upfront/honest in terms of what needs to be done/what doesn't need to be done and what the costs will be without any "surprises". When you bring your vehicle in for service, you are putting a lot of trust in the individuals you are working with. I have always felt that Dean is looking out for my best interest in making recommendations. I also would like to compliment the individual who manages the cashier area. I apologize as I didn't catch her name, but she is always so friendly and welcoming! Much appreciated!

in and out in 3 hours with a new van.
this was my third new car from freeway ford. it gets easier each time. it still takes too long and costs too much. and the price of service is jacked way up.
