Every mechanic is entitled to a bad day but why me?

Brought in for a recall and after picking up truck the check engine light was on and it had hardly any power in fact it wouldn’t start two separate time unless it was continuous turned over about 6 or more times. Brought it back and they fixed the mistake made when doing the recall. Today day 1 driving it and started ok so that’s good. Never had a bit of trouble with it until it needed that recall done. Never a light on, on the dash or nothing.

Freeway Ford did me right!!

I had thd unfortunate experience of having my car die while traveling and had to have my car towed go the dealership. Before I knew if my car was salvageable, I scouted the parking lot to see what options were available, just in case. Well, I had a nice smiling salesman named Rick Ski in the parking lot, who gave me his card and said let him know if my car didn't work out. Well it didn't work out!! I called Rick and he started working on a car for me while I was still at work!! He got me a better deal than I originally was looking at and even dropped my rental car off! Rick was down to earth, honest and took care real.good care of me!

The time to get in for service was over a week, which seemed like too long to get in. Was happy that after I left and my engine light went one that I was helped right away.

Great experience!!
