We LOVE This Dealership

We recently leased a 2019 Ford Edge from Freeway Ford, After looking at many makes and models for about 6 months we came to Freeway and test drove the Edge. There was no pressure or fast talk. We went in one weekend and drove it, discussed the details of financing, checked the technology and left. After much discussion at home, we went back the following weekend, signed the papers and got our car. It felt like dealing with old friends. Angela was our salesperson. What a sweetheart!! We have never had a more laidback transaction. From Angela to Rob, the General Manager, to Joe, the Finance guy, it was all relaxed and enjoyable, We would wholeheartedly recommend Freeway Ford.

You kept me new truck like a new truck

Friendly and Quick service!

Oil Change

They were quick and did everything I asked, including washing which has often been missed in the past. I love the Saturday quick lane option.

Easy and fast

I contacted Freeway ford through the internet. described what I wanted. applied for financing online and was approved, came in and drove it, signed the papers and we were off. Super Easy, hassle free...my only wish was that the towing package would have included a gooseneck hitch but love my truck

Seamless

Overall great experience. I live 45 minutes from Freeway Ford and have several dealers much closer to my location but it was well worth my time driving to Freeway Ford. I had already visited two dealers, (one Chevy and one Ford) and was about ready to sign paperwork for a compact Chevy. Just to verify I could not get a nicer car for the same price I searched cars for sale and Freeway Ford had a great price on mid size car which was much nicer. I had obtained two quotes for my 2017 Chevy Z71 prior to going to Freeway Ford. Freeway Ford trade in price was slightly better than the other two. (I did not share the other two trade in values I got) So, walked in, got a better trade in price for my truck and drove away in a new 2018 mid size car. No BS back and forth, got a good price and purchased for a great price. Thank you to Fernando Escobal for the great customer service!
