F-350 Service
Good service overall, few items that could be improved. First made appointment in December 10, couldn’t get me in till Dec 28 then had to push till January 8 due to personnel issues. once truck was onsite Jan 8th it took two days to even get truck inside to look at.... maybe tighten up scheduling process a month to get in for service and then two days of truck just sitting seems inefficient. once problem found Ryan called gave me the info needed new water pump and two weeks to get one which was not the case. Water pump came in sooner truck was done sooner which is great but not communicated very well. Overall happy with Ryan service rep and truck getting fixed.

Excellent Service
They were prompt with the repairs and I was satisfied with the experience. They were very accommodating when the repair was going to take a little longer than expected. I will go there again in the future.

Check up for a road trip
Brought the van in for a check up before travel Minnesota - Texas. Glad I did, Freeway Ford found the van needed bearings packed, brakes were in bad shape and shocks were leaking. Good to find this out at home rather than on the Oklahoma turnpike.
