Good service

I brought my mercury mariner in for and oil change. It was a Saturday afternoon. They had it taken care of in no time. Not much of a wait. I was very pleased. Thank you.

Oil and Filter Change

The wait time for the oil and filter change was estimated to be up to 90 minutes when I arrived. I was about 60 minutes actually. The counter person was friendly. I did have a coupon for a reduction in price for the service.

A stellar experience with a fantastic team

I walked in without an appointment and Tim took the time to answer questions I had, and assist me with discovering all the options available to me both with the vehicles and financially. At any point during my time there, someone was always available to assist me with anything. The personal experience was great, and attention everyone gave me really means a lot. The follow up calls and continued dialog really take this service to the next level. I've bought from Ford dealerships for my last 3 vehicles, and the service at Freeway ford really dwarfs the other dealership experiences. Thank you to everyone at Freeway, for everything.

easy, reassuring, and genuine!

After purchase accessories install and follow up

Tyler did a great job of coordinating the installation of the accessories. He called with updates daily. I would recommended Tyler and Freeway Ford! Thanks again Tyler!

Warranty Work

Had a tune up including spark plugs done at Freedom Ford.. When one of plugs failed a short time later, they stood by the work and replaced for free. Dean was great about it.
