Conscientious

I had a very positive experience - the manager was very knowledgeable and conscientious, addressing multiple minor issues in a very prompt service visit. I felt like I had very good service and a good value.

Oil change & recalled part replacement

They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions politely and didn't try to talk me into anything that I didn't need. We dropped off my vehicle and expected to get it the next day. Within an hour and a half it was done and we could go pick it up. It was washed and fixed and the price was much better than my last oil change at a chain that I will never go back to. All my servicing needs will be done there from now on. I didn't use the waiting room but saw it when I went to pay. It was very clean and I would have no problem waiting there for my next appointment.

People were very professional.

It would be nice to see the facility remodeled. You could sell tons of more cars in this location. It is a old building and not very welcoming. The staff is doing great for what they have!

Power Shift Transmission fix

It was obvious from the first moment when I entered the service that the primary goal of the service staff is to satisfy the customer. The troubling Power Shift Transmission in my Focus 2013 has been replaced for free (Settlement with the Ford Company). In addition, a loaner vehicle was provided for me for the duration of car repair. It was highly professional approach, I really appreciate it.

Work was well done

Work was done efficiently and ahead of estimated schedule. People were friendly and the lady in the coffee shop/service area was helpful. I will go back to them for future work.

Oil Change

Took my car in to get an oil change before driving down to Florida. I got in pretty quickly. After about 40 min. Jonathan explained to me about an issue to watch or have checked out in Florida. There was an minor oil leak under car. They were not real sure of where the leak might be, so they put die in to have the Ford dealer in Florida check it out. After this was discussed and a note put on the service report, they finished up "The Works" and I was out within an hour.

Recall Work

I was notified that my 2018 Ford F150 had a couple of recalls, so after having my door freeze open several times, I decided it was time to have it fixed. I dropped my truck off in the morning and had my wife pick me up. I drove her to her work and dropped her off. I picked her up in the evening and had her drop me off at the dealership. Upon arrival, I waited for them to bring my truck around. When I saw it, the fingerprints and grease was apparent on the doors and windows. Upon further inspection, I found a substance like glue on my seats, front and back and my divers door panel by the window/mirror controls had a gouge in it. I pointed it out to the employee and he took pictures and proceeded to wipe down the seats and the windows/door panels. Then they took it through the car wash. I drove it home after waiting for quite a while. I got up the next morning and got in my truck for work and low and behold, the door wouldn't stay shut. I had to take it back to the dealership and got a loaner vehicle while they fixed it again. Apparently they didn't replace the actual lock the first time??? I left it with them overnight and picked it up the next day, it seems to be fixed at this point. Dean was good to work with, I'm just very disappointed with the first go -around and the wasted time in my life.

Randy- Good morning, I saw your review a few days ago and wanted to look into what happened before I sent you a response. I spoke to Dean and Bryan about the recall and then watched a tech perform one on a F150. All I can say is I understand your frustration with the repair process and I'm not very impressed with the solution to the issue on these vehicle. With that being said it seems to be correcting the freeze up issue on these vehicles. As a measure of good will towards you, I've put a note on your account for one complementary oil change you may use anytime in the future. Hi Rob, it wasn't the fact that there was a recall. It was that the work performed was shoddy at best. When I picked up the truck the first time, it was dirty, greasy, fingerprints everywhere, dirt or glue on my seats and a gouge on my door. Then I had to come back because the seal didn't fix the issue, the locking mechanism was damaged, which should have either been caught or the work performed during the first repair. Frustrating when I look at the time involved for me and my wife.

New Ford Edge

After checking the inventory and a few prices with Brian Peterson, a few days later my wife and I decided to drive through the dealership and look at the vehicles. Angela strolled up to us and asked if she could be of any assistance. Brian was off of work and Angela stepped right up. She let us test drive a few vehicles and gave input about the subtle differences with each. After a few bags of popcorn and a couple cups of coffee, we came to a decision. Angela was the perfect NO PRESSURE salesperson. She will be an asset to the Freeway Ford sales team.
