    Went to several other dealers and was lied too and basically abused with false claims.Smith Motors and the staff was straight forward and honest and had... by far the best prices. Lou and the sales staff went out of their way to help me complete the sale

    I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500. It needed a few repairs. They did what they found was wrong but when I brought a few things to their attention to be repaired... I got the run around. Over cab lights and a bad noise in front passenger tire. Exact words "we can't fix noises bring back when it breaks" and "cab lights there for looks" I took it to Johnson Dodge in Washington and a blown fuse corrected the cab lights and the front passenger side tire needed a u-joint. So much for good service.

    My car is used and getting to be a certain age; so, it often needs minor repairs and services. I always go to Smith Motor Company, and all their techs... do a diligent job with great customer service. Tom Donaldson does great work in rapid time!

    Mr. Smith promised to reimburse me for what I paid for the defective part it’s been over a week. I still haven’t received it. From all the reviews I read... I think this company needs an overhaul of its customer service management. One thing for sure, there are no women and no diversity...

    The diagnosis on the turbo was not clear but they recommended replacement for 421 dollars after 2 visits. The engine light went on again in spite of the... repair. They claimed the part installed was defective but they Decided to replace the entire turbo covered by warranty. They refused to reimburse me for the faulted diagnosis and part installed. The service manager argued in a hostile manner refusing to pay for the faulty diagnosis and part installed. I wrote to the president.i am still waiting to hear from him. I took the car there on March 35 and they did not pin point the issue until May 9 after multiple visits. The personnel are nice but the service manager does not treat women in a professional manner. I should add that I was pleased with their service on my car until now.
