Beware you cannot trust them

I purchased 2 preowned vehicles from Wilson Ford on the 2nd occasion the salesperson told me the rear passenger sensor was out and the key fobs would not work but that if I paid to fix them the dealership would reimburse me... Well 3 weeks later the rear passenger tire no longer holds air and no tire shop will replace one because all the tires need to be replaced because they are at 2-3/32nd in tread life and it's all wheel drive VW TUOAREG TDI and they all need to be replaced. I called and spoke with a salesperson and they told me they'd call me back after waiting a while I called again asked to speak to a manager I explained the situation to the manager and that I was basically stranded at the toe shop waiting on an answer I did get a call back from the salesperson who cussed me out and then hung up the phone on me so I called the manager back and asked if that was their final response the manager said he was handling it and that he was going to speak to someone more important who could make this decision and that he would call me right back knowing that I'm waiting on this response in the waiting room of the tire shop after a few more hours went by I called and the manager would not let me even speak and he told me he was going to hang up on me becoming irate with me I suggested that since they were going to pay for key fobs and a new sensor being put in why don't they just keep that and instead just help me cover half of the bill for the tires and instead of buying the pirelli scorpions that the VW came with we could go for a last expensive tire and split the cost on that as well going from $1,600 down to $1,200 split in half which would be $600 and I would be happy with them helping me out that way I'm not saying that this is money they owe what I'm saying is that this was the second vehicle I purchased from them meaning I thought I could trust them I even looked at the trad and discussed it with the salesperson when I purchase the vehicle because I know all wheel drive all tires must be within a certain tread player for them to not mess up the drivetrain and he said we were good and those tires would last much longer I thought I could trust Wilson Ford that's why I was there by my second vehicle from them that the tires on it I wouldn't drive off the lot in 3 weeks later not be able to drive 20 miles down the road without having to pump the tire up two three times and then it's not the one tire that's not holding it that's bothering me it's the other three tires that are measuring at 2/32 and 3/32 you you see if I have to replace one tire at 3 or 400 dollars that I can do but when I go to get one tire fixed and I cannot get it fixed if they say you must replace all the tires at once because all four of them are so horribly wrong and bald three weeks after I just purchased this $23,000 vehicle yes I'm a little bit disappointed and I feel like I cannot trust Wilson Ford now I'll cover it I don't know how but I will figure out a way and that's what I told Wilson Ford right before they hung up on me

I have purchased one of each within the last year and both times, my salesman Bill Blake, did an awesome job taking care of me and helping me find just the right vehicle. The salesman Adam was very helpful and offered me a test

The salesman Adam was very helpful and offered me a test drive over text as soon as inquired about the car. Everyone i dealt with at the dealer were polite, got me the plate and registration the same day. The Car i purchased (2011 ford mustang) is in great condition however i did have to replace a few cooling system parts on the engine, the oem remote start doesent work, and the tires that came on it are 10 years old and starting to dry rot. All in all i was very pleased with the sales department and would definitely return to Wilson Ford for my future car buying needs, just wish that the issues were made clear upfront.
