Screwed again, coincidence or pattern.

2nd time failed smog with more fault codes than I started with. OMFG. Just lip service to get me out of the service dept.. 1,002.00 later for nothing. Smog guy laughing even harder at my fate. They didn't do anything. Now, the service phone won't take my call???Any dept.!! really? do they have that many pissed off customers they need to block your call?? Please don't do what I did, go somewhere else. This is the second bad experience with Gardena. Same vehicle a few years ago, total brake failure at the base of a mountain, after 2k in brake repairs by Gardena. Almost cost my life...

Gardena Nissan

There’s no continuity of salesmanship here. I kept getting tossed around from sales associate to sales associate to the manager and back. Nobody passed on any of the information to other sales people and put it into the computer system so I had to explain things over to new people and former conversations with other sales people were not remembered or notated. Very frustrating. Will not go back.

dealer honored price

Inquired Nissan Leaf in app and dealer called same day to advise car is available. Came in and Muhammad Sales Manager met me right away and honored price shown on website with no added cost or try to sneak in hidden costs. We had our own financing, but they were able to match it and we were in and out in 2 hrs. Throughout the process Muhammad made sure we were comfortable. Everyone was wearing a mask and they had hand sanitizer stations. Quick, easy, honest, great service is what this dealer is about.
