Do NOT expect to negotiate prices on a used car. They will tell you over the phone/email to come down and work something out, but once you are there,... they will go on and on about how they will lose money on the deal, show you "the math" on the computer how it will affect them (literally even by a few hundred dollars..this will go on and on ...) They will tell you the price is under blue book and matching the market etc...Also, MAKE ABSOLUTELY sure you bring this car to a certified shop to inspect it. We found multiple damage to the undercarriage questioning the actual safety of the car. They will tell you they are a certified shop and go through full inspection bla bla...trust me. Take the vehicle somewhere else to inspect if you want to waste time with them paying full price for a car you think you really need to have...when you can find another somewhere else. The few hundred dollars we would have spent on the non-negotiated vehicle, we negotiated at a larger dealer and bought a nicer car with 30k less miles on it. Do your research and do NOT believe the Carfax...something was definitely not reported or "wasn't required" to be reported so the Carfax appeared to be "one owner all maintenance done etc..." Please be aware and cautious of this place.

Blair does not stand by the vehicle he sold me. The transmission needed repairing, and he said everything else was fine. I've had check engine light... after check engine light. Failed sensors. The transmission after his friend's rebuild shifts like crap. Tried to get help under his 6 month guarantee on the transmission, but he told me not to contact his friend. He did everything he could to prevent me signing up for additional warranties. When I contact him for help he says it's an as-is sale and i'm SOL outta luck.

This was a very important purchase for us, it was the first car for our teenage daughter. We wanted a safe, reliable cash car for her and we found it at... Grapevine Motors! After tireless searching at many other places, we were so impressed by the owners of this dealership for their knowledge, honesty and integrity. We bought her a beautiful 2004 Mazda 6 with an engine that is strong and runs perfectly! These people have great used cars on the lot and they know each one inside and out! Great deal, paid cash and I sleep good at night knowing that my baby girl is in a safe, clean, reliable vehicle. Thank you Grapevine Motors!

I was looking for a specific car on cars.com, Grapevine Motors had one. I went out to look at it, they were very friendly and easy to work with. I did... end up buying the car, they kept in constant email contact with me and even ordered a headrest for my car! Great people, down to earth, they made the entire process easy. Just to note, I did purchase car with a check, so no financing. I will definitely keep an eye on their inventory from now on. Thank you, Grapevine Motors!

I can't say enough good things about our experience here! We were having dinner at the restaurant next door; as we do occasionally and noticed a jeep on... the lot we wanted to know more about. My husband emailed for more information and got an immediate reply. We also looked at the reviews online and decided to go check it out . There we met Tim! Again, can't say enough good things! When we took it out for a test drive we noticed the A/C wasn't really cold. We told Tim and he took immediate action. Not only does he buy and sell but he's also a mechanic! He fixed the air and told us he would stand behind his repair in the event it had any future issues. We decided to make the purchase! Since our purchase we have both sold him a vehicle and he provided mechanical assistance on another car we have, FREE OF CHARGE! I mean, who does that? TIM DOES! I am so happy to we made the decision to do business here. We have established a long term business relationship with a great guy! Thanks Tim for everything!

I wrote and asked about a Truck they had posted. I told them I lived in CA. , but if the truck was what I was looking for ,I would fly there. They took... a lot of extra photos like I asked for,and were fast to reply. A lot of dealers won't go outsde and take more photos and send them. They know there truck will sell. All they want is for me to CALL them. Thank you Grapevine, you are in a class above most of the other dealers I have wrote. I'm just sorry the Explorer didn't have everything I want.

Buying a used car from a dealership can be a scary experience. You don't always know if you are getting a good deal, and it often feels like you are being... put through some kind of a scripted process designed to push you into whatever it is the salesperson has on the lot to sell. Grapevine Motors is different. Tim Miller is a genuinely good person who tries to help each and every person make the right choice for them. Their cars are checked out and repaired as needed before being sold, and you won't hear "what's it gonna take to put you in this car today" from them. Their pricing speaks for itself - you never have to worry if the same car in similar condition is going to be available cheaper somewhere else. In short, I've purchased several cars for myself and family members from Grapevine Motors. They can be trusted to treat you fairly. This is a Christian family owned business that will treat you like a neighbor.

I contacted the dealer about a car, and asked for all information on it along with any details of damage that the car had. Tim said the car was perfect,... and that it has "minor wear and tear from being 13 years old". I said ok, and went to look at the car after hours. Soon to find out, the car had obviously been in an accident (it looked like it backed into a fence or something) on the rear end, and had a huge wrinkle down the entire bumper. The cars spoiler had deep, horrible scratches, and a scuff on the front which I had already known about. The car had a ton of scratches, yes some of them are understandable because of it's age, but there was way more than a normal car. Wasted my time/gas to go there and look at the car. I contacted him about the car and he went on to say the car is priced cheapest in the area. Well of course, he is pricing it with cars that haven't been in an accident. Buyer beware, he might try to deceive you also.

    Dealer Response

Im going to have to respond to this review with a bit of passion. If anyone knows mustangs and how they are after this many years, you would know how... beat up these cars get after some time. This vehicle is not! I don't expect to always get good reviews. We cannot always make everyone happy and we certainly apologize that anyone would feel this way about us. If anyone was to read all of our reviews on Cars.com, other review sites and especially the BBB along with our score on the BBB, you will see what kind of dealer we are. This vehicle is above average for the year and model. They normally do not come in this clean. We can show you on the Autocheck report that there are no accidents listed. The cracks in the bumper are stress cracks. This is very common on these cars, especially if someone has put any pressure to the bumpers. This is not an accident. I have added photos of the bumper for you to see on the link provided. In the past, our negative reviews have been from two different repos, and an employee that was fired that misrepresented who they were in the review. We stand behind our product, service, and definitely our reputation. This is the most grossly misrepresented review we have ever received. Current market value on this vehicle is $7,390. MMR average is $8,125. NADA average is $7,075. There are currently 95 of these, that match ours, online throughout the country. We are number 22 as far as lowest price in the entire country. We are the 5th lowest price in the DFW market. I would love for someone to tell me how we are wrong as far as our pricing on this vehicle at $6,495. We never misrepresent anything at our dealership and are passionate about what we do and back our services up. Read our reviews. We haven't been in the business for 18 years for treating people like this review says we have. I am providing a link for your enjoyment and hope to do business with reasonable customers in the future. We are a dealer that goes above and beyond for our customers and always will. If you are searching for perfection, new cars are definitely the way to go. Not 13 year old Mustang GT's. If Tim, our sales associate, has represented this vehicle as perfect, we have definitely corrected his verbiage. We hope everyone has an incredible 2014. http://www.grapevinemotors.com/web/used/Ford-Mustang-2001-Grapevine-TX/10865413/

Having to travel over 200 miles from home, twice, the trips were well worth it! I first saw the 2012 Mustang on Cars.com and knew she was what I was looking... for. Sunshine, as she's known to both the dealer and now I, was pristine. Grapevine Motors made the initial test drive and follow up purchase painless. Rod and Melissa were friendly, and always readily available for calls and information; not to mention Rod's in-depth knowledge of Mustangs. I received more details on the car's functions then from any new dealership I have ever dealt with.
