I stopped by this lot on a whim, I pass by it almost daily and the lot always looks like it has nice cars at a decent price. It was hard "letting go" of my old trusty Toyota, with all my personalized hippie bumper stickers! I had never been to midwest auto store before, I ended up purchasing a 2004 Toyota sienna van. Outstanding customer service super friendly, no pressure, timely service, wonderful management, you could just feel The relaxed environment, and tell that this place was the right place to be. Kevin Lowe assited us in finding the truck we were looking for. Took the time to contact Dodge to make sure the truck had the features I needed to tow my horse trailer. Allowed us to go home and "sleep on" making a decision without turning on the "high pressure" salesman routine.
