    I have bought 3 trucks and one car from rusty eck. Once again they went out of there way to put me in the truck I liked. Shout out to Adam for listening to me he is an outstanding salesman and a good person. Let's don't forget Brandon he to took time to listen . He really did a outstanding job too he went out of he's way to put this deal together . Between the two working as a team together put me in 2017 truck. I can not say enough about these two men.so a really big thank you to Adam and Brandon and rusty eck .

    This company will not answer your calls or call you back or let you know whats going on with the financing! We tried to buy a car and were told everything looked great. They let us take car, which we had for a month before they told us that financing fell through, despite multiple calls and messages left by us daily! We told them up front that we had a similar experience before and did not buy because of that! They assured that they were better, but werent! Communication!!!i

    My wife and I visited Rusty Eck Ford with the intention of checking out their inventory. I was looking at a Subaru STI, and my wife is interested in a moving to a larger SUV, such as an Explorer. The salesman was agreeable and interesting, and everything was fine through test driving multiple cars. The sales experience turned negative very quickly. We asked for ballpark pricing on the Explorer and STI we'd been looking at. We were seated and given some bottled water, while they "figured out the pricing." When the salesman returned to the table, he brought a pair of Ford Motor Credit applications, one each for my wife and I, and then asked us with a straight face to fill them out "so they can figure out the pricing." We refused, and long story short, left after another forty-five minutes of waiting for the pricing. The sales manager came out of the office with the numbers (naturally) as we headed for the door. I gathered the pricing from him and we left. I discussed the pricing with the salesman via SMS, the practicality of the car with my wife, and the interest rates with my credit union. A few days later, everything came together and I went in an hour before close to fill out the paperwork. My salesman was off, but he came in anyway to shepherd the sale. There was another set of disagreements regarding the pricing, but as I had it in writing as an out-the-door price, they eventually worked it all out on their side. They took the car around to clean and service it and prepare it for me. Late in the evening, long after they closed, we finally finished and I went outside with two of the salesmen to do the delivery inspection. The car looked great, everything was perfect, except there was something hanging down under the engine compartment. The entire front splash guard was just hanging there, almost to the ground. The older salesman remarked on it, but we were long past the "we owe" section of the paperwork, where the dealership would have to put in things they are supposed to do. So I left. I researched the issue, and eventually took the car to the Subaru dealership to have it inspected. I accompanied them to the lift and got my first good look at the undercarriage. The splash guard which protects the engine and channels airflow in the compartment was hanging loose and had been damaged by contact with the road. It was missing all of the bolts which hold the part in place against the car. The service manager and technicians standing there with me mentioned the bolts have to be removed to change the oil filter, and it was likely left hanging during the last oil change. I paid $15.22 for replacement bolts from Subaru, then contacted the salesman at Rusty Eck Ford to mention this issue. I told him what Subaru had found, and mentioned that pieces were missing from the splash guard. He responded that since there was nothing in the "We Owe" section of the deal, there really is nothing they can do. Which of course, I understand. As he understands that we will find my wife's vehicle elsewhere. I have no intention of pursuing this, as I believe they should have made this right. But I do believe I can help others by sharing my experience.

    The sales manager gave me 19k for my trade in and my back has told me the trade in value for my truck was 24k so they have screwed me out of 5k and then i told them where i wanted my payments and the only thing they did was extend my loan out for 84 months instead of 72 months. worst customer service they i have experienced. I even tried to call the manager directly and he laughed in my face and did not want to work with me. I will never be buying a car from this place ever again!!

    I recently had my F350 serviced. As usual I went to see Chris Fontes I showed up with no appointment and was told it was not a problem. He got me in serviced my truck and got it done. Not only that it was cleaner then when I dropped it off. My experience was over and above what I expected. Great job thanks Chris

    Mr. Williams helped find rims and tires for my vehicle after an accident Christmas Eve. He called Topeka to confirm they had the second rim I needed as he just had one in stock. He arranged for the front end service person to handle an alignment and make sure nothing else was damaged. The service man was Shawn. In addition, they test drove the vehicle and advise of other possible service that might be needed. This was greatly appreciated and I am very satisfied. Thank you. Ron Nelson

    I recently had my car serviced at Rusty Eck. Adriane Correa was my service coordinator, and she was outstanding to work with! I took my car in to have my backup camera repaired, but I knew that my low tire pressure light was on. I didn't mention this to her, but when I picked up my car, they had put air in my tires. I didn't ask for this service, but they saw a problem and fixed it for me at no charge. I was very impressed by the service. They didn't need to put air in my tire, but they cared enough to do so! They really cared! I have done business in the past with another Ford dealership in Wichita, and I was treated poorly and with disrespect. Adriane was so kind and extremely helpful. I highly recommend her and Rusty Eck Ford. Thank you, Adriane!

    I'm writing this letter to tell you what an awesome job that Brandon Kennedy does in the service department I'm always greeted with a smile and happiness he's never in a bad mood I'm always in and out he can diagnose the problem with it and have it taken care of he's always very thoughtful asks everybody in the waiting room if they need anything if he can do anything for him very personable guy the guys that bring your truck around as he was very friendly and outgoing it's a great experience and that is why I always do business with Rusty Eck Ford

    I have had all of my cars serviced here at the Quick Lube in Wichita for over 20 years. The service by the techs has always been excellent/superior/exceptional! and likewise with the customer service from the personal advisors. The prices are competitive, and I have always been able to get in and out in the same day. Marcus ("Mack") McIntyre has been my latest personal advisor, who always provides exceptional customer service with a smile, listens intently to all of my needs, always talks about the service so the person can understand what he is talking about, and offers tech service suggestions as options, without any pressure. I have observed Mack's distinguished professional service time and time again, not only with myself, but with all other customers as well. I recall last year during an ice storm that my brakes had worn down to the rotors, and the techs and service advisor Manny stayed over 2 hours after closing hours, just to make sure I made it home safely. I cannot say enough nice things about the exceptional tech & personal advisor customer service I have received from the Quick Lube service department. Thumbs up! & 10 Stars for the team!
