EXCELLENT CARE

The welcoming atmosphere and the actual physical conditions of your dealership it is beautiful and very clean. The service team were excellent and explained the process very clearly.

Great service and staff.

Routine service for my Optima

Service staff was professional and work on my Optima was completed as promised. Waiting area and facility was clean and had amenities to the customers. Service requested was performed in the time frame given. Great service at Gerald Kia of North Aurora.

Great service

It was good, wait was 40 minutes for an oil change. Had a TV, drinks, and popcorn. Every one was really nice

Oil change

The workers are always friendly. The waiting area is very nice. I appreciate the tea and treats in the basket. The popcorn is tasty when it's available.
