Since I submitted my name/number, was greeted with the van I was looking for when they answered the phone. Was able to test drive the vans I wanted to within a day of requesting.

Friendly , no pressure service.

My experience with Mike at Gerald Kia N. Aurora was very pleasant. Mike was quick (no pressure). He explained the features on the vehicle. over all a nice helpful guy.

Clean facilities

Cameron and service manager attentive to my guestions.Nice waiting area with snacks ,water and internet.It was nice to have a hand car wash.That accorded for the extra time somewhat.
