I went through multiple attempts before getting through

I went through multiple attempts before getting through to a person I could speak to to make an appointment and obtain other information as it was my first time using KIA service. That is not good customer service.

I have three issues with my brand new Kia Niro.

I have three issues with my brand new Kia Niro. The transmission often seems to slip and/or hesitates. Also, once-in-a-while, 5 times thus far within 5 months, when trying to reverse out of a parking spot, the car went forward, it took several tries each occasion before getting it to reverse. I've mentioned to Giancarlo and to Jessica, the technicians have had a look at it but did not witness any issue. Kindly contact me with guidance.
