The folks in the service area have always treated me well. They let me know if there is something that needs to be fixed. I haven't seen any issues as far as service. There is 1 thing that has happened the last 2 times I had an oil change. They forget to reset the oil change info on the computer of the car. No big deal but I did go back and they reset it for me.

Brought my car in because I received a recall notice. The service dept is always friendly and helpful and very courteous. I appreciate the fact that they washed my car and fixed my front license plate without even being asked. I?d very much like the service department at Diers Ford. However this is the third recall notice I?ve gotten on my 2015 Ford fusion and that I?m not happy about. Not sure if I would buy another car from Diers Ford as long as they still have the same credit manager who was there in 2015 when I bought my car. He was rude and should not be allowed to deal with customers.
