I was at Honda for service, I was walking the lot at BMW. Eric approached me and asked if I needed help. Took me on a quick test drive, I will be reaching back out to Eric when I am ready.

Nate was very professional, courteous and patient during the whole process. I reached the dealership around closing time, Nate stayed back delaying his pre-planned dinner with his family. The whole car buying process was very quick. JC help expedite the price point and Pedro was helpful in financing. I was able to get my new BMW X7 and drive back home. Thank you Nate and the team; it was a great team work.

Andre did a phenomenal job and made this my best/smoothest car-buying experience ever. Even though I am from out of state and most of our correspondence was email/text/phone. He was very responsive to my inquires and provided me with the key information/details to close the deal with him. Jhonayra did an excellent job with the finance portion and was very detailed in explaining the available packages. Andre and Jhonayra make a great team; first class service from true professionals.

This was a very smooth and easy experience. Brittany was very easy to work with - sent additional pictures to me ahead of time based on questions I had about angles of shots on the website before I decided to go to the lot and was readily available when I came in for a test drive. We took a test drive, Brittany very knowledgably answered all of my questions. During all the waiting for paperwork, she made sure was I was comfortable. My only (very slight) critique: I was kindly offered a ride from Carmax where I sold my trade in back to the dealer, but instead of being offered to be picked up in a loaner, they wanted to pick me up in my car I was purchasing to go back and finish the deal, so I opted for an Uber. Back to the positive - When the deal is done, as anyone knows - the handoff to finance is usually the most dreaded part of car buying but Gen was the consummate professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his straight forward nature. Much appreciated. Great experience all around!

5 stars to the team that worked on servicing my M340I today. Extremely satisfied with the support and the team went out of their way to make me comfortable and share the details on servicing process. Special thanks to Ron Ptak for coordinating on my appointment in spite of being out that day and Joe Diss for his excellent support in his absence. I'm glad Dong worked on my car and hope he would be assigned to my car next time too. Looking forward to working with Joe and Dong in the future

Even though we didn’t meet price-wise for the purchase of the vehicle, Eric was very respectful and kept me informed of the process. Highly recommend you look him up for your purchase if you want someone who will take the time to explain things.
