Had the pleasure of working with Christian during the purchase of my latest BMW. Received a response from him as soon as I placed the inquiry. We were in constant contact until i was able to see the vehicle. Was going to see the vehicle on Saturday but had an unforeseen issue. Reached out to Christian he he stated that Monday would not be a problem. I went to the dealership with no plan to buy a new vehicle. But during the test drive, I believe Christian took me the long test drive rout to give me all the features of the vehicle ;0). Next thing I knew I was back at the dealership signing a sales contract....... All in all Christian was the consummate professional with a sense of humor who sold the old man a car that my wife loved as soon as she saw it. One of my best buying experiences and I'd highly recommend Christian to anyone in the car buying market for a BMW//SP

I placed a deposit on my BMW in production on October 8,

I placed a deposit on my BMW in production on October 8, 2022. Because of a recall and shipping times from Germany, the vehicle was not at the dealership until December 5. I was called by my sales agent, Scott on December 3 telling me that they would be keeping the car I placed a deposit on (VIN on receipt paperwork) for their showroom. I would have to wait at least another month for another to be shipped from Germany. Unbelievably bad business. I would never do business with them again.
